Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers and UX designers, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will translate long-term vision into actionable objectives, coach product management practices, and represent the product platform on the leadership team while ensuring alignment across technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate nTop's multi-year direction into concrete objectives and establish a working system for the product teams
• Coach product managers in roadmap and tradeoff decisions to enhance product outcomes
• Manage the UX design and research team while representing the product platform in company strategy discussions

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years in product management with experience coaching or managing other PMs
• Proven ability to operationalize a leadership-defined vision into actionable objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience managing product organizations across multiple teams, including UX design and research
• Demonstrated use of data and structured frameworks for investment decisions
