Director of Product Management

Job Summary

To support a growing product organization, the full-time Director of Product Management will own the execution of the product capability roadmap across air, land, and sea domains, partnering with the VP of Product to drive alignment across Engineering, Mission Operations, and Go-to-Market teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Product to build and scale the product organization, contributing to role structures and operating rhythms
• Support and execute the long-term product vision, translating company strategy into prioritized product plans
• Maintain and execute the master capability roadmap, aligning the portfolio against engineering capacity and program commitments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with 10+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience
• Proven experience leading and managing product or systems engineering teams
• Deep experience delivering complex technical integrations across hardware, software, and payload systems
• Demonstrated success owning product strategy and roadmaps for defense or dual-use autonomous systems
• Experience with AI/ML tools and concepts, product design, and testing methodologies
