Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product vision and execution for a transformational agentic AI platform in MVP state, the full-time Director of Product Management will manage product direction, prototype capabilities, and drive adoption while working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision for autonomous agents that enterprises can trust to perform real work
• Architect the roadmap for agentic platform capabilities, including orchestration, memory management, and secure governance
• Establish metrics for adoption and success, partnering with teams to ensure measurable impact and time-to-value

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience with recent hands-on involvement in shipping agentic products
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agent architectures, with familiarity in open-source frameworks
• Proven experience in launching and scaling products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Ability to work across multiple teams and create alignment without authority
• Background as a developer is a strong plus, with hands-on technical depth in product development
