Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product vision and execution for a transformational agentic AI platform, the full-time Director of Product Management will prototype capabilities, engage with code, and drive adoption while working flexibly or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision for autonomous agents, ensuring they can perform real work across enterprise environments
• Architect the roadmap for agentic platform capabilities, focusing on orchestration, memory management, and secure governance
• Establish metrics for adoption and success, collaborating with go-to-market teams to ensure measurable impact across customer segments

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience with recent hands-on involvement in shipping agentic products
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agent architectures, including planning and orchestration
• Proven track record of shipping 0-1 and scaling 1-N products in fast-moving environments
• Experience working across multiple teams to create alignment without authority
• Technical background with the ability to engage directly with code and prototype solutions
