Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the charge in cybersecurity innovation, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define, deliver, and scale the Extended Detection and Response (XDR) product strategy, ensuring cohesive integration of various security capabilities and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the XDR vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with Arctic Wolf's mission
• Drive prioritization and outcomes for XDR integrations, ensuring operational readiness and reliability
• Translate complex security capabilities into intuitive experiences that enhance investigation and response effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years leading product teams
• Deep experience in cybersecurity products, particularly XDR, MDR, EDR, or SIEM
• Proven ability to manage complex, platform-oriented product areas with multiple stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution discipline
• Experience with integration-heavy platforms and third-party ecosystems preferred
