Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a talented team, the full-time Director of Product Management will oversee the Evidence Platform, shaping strategy and customer experience while driving product development and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow the Product Management organization for the Evidence Platform, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to define and evolve the platform strategy, balancing value and technical feasibility
• Establish a culture of data-driven product management by defining success metrics and continuously improving the product portfolio based on customer insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, Healthcare, or a related quantitative field
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including significant leadership experience with product teams
• Demonstrated success in building enterprise SaaS, platform products, or complex data-intensive software
• Strong understanding of clinical research, real-world evidence (RWE), and healthcare analytics
• Proven ability to translate long-term product strategy into measurable execution and lead strategic product areas end-to-end
