Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product vision and execution for a transformational AI agent, the full-time Director of Product Management will drive the development of autonomous agents for enterprise knowledge workers, working flexibly or remotely to prototype capabilities and ensure governance and adoption across the AI portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for autonomous agent capabilities, ensuring they meet enterprise needs
• Engage directly with code to prototype, validate, and iterate on product features while collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Establish metrics for adoption and success, partnering with go-to-market teams to ensure measurable impact and accelerate product delivery

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience with recent hands-on involvement in shipping agentic products
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agent architectures, along with familiarity with open-source frameworks and research trends
• Proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products in fast-paced environments
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams, creating alignment without direct authority
• Technical depth with the ability to engage with codebases and prototype solutions effectively
