Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product vision and execution for a transformational AI agent currently in MVP state, the full-time Director of Product Management will drive the development of autonomous agents designed for enterprise knowledge workers, operating in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product's long-term vision and architect the roadmap for agentic platform capabilities
• Prototype, experiment, and ship using modern agentic development tools while engaging directly with code and engineering teams
• Establish clear adoption paths and metrics for agentic capabilities, partnering with go-to-market teams to ensure measurable impact

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience with recent hands-on experience shipping agentic products
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agent architectures, with a focus on planning, memory, and orchestration
• Proven track record of shipping 0-1 and scaling 1-N products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience working across multiple teams to create alignment without authority
• Technical depth with a background as a developer being a strong plus
