Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will drive growth, retention, and profitability by developing a multi-service strategy and optimizing product offerings for both customers and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and expand the product management team while overseeing prioritization across growth, retention, and profitability initiatives
• Develop a repeatable playbook for launching new service verticals while enhancing the core lawn service
• Establish cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and trust across the organization in product decision-making

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management with a focus on marketplace or multi-service platforms
• Strong understanding of AI and its application in product development
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams
• Excellent prioritization skills with a track record of making tough trade-off decisions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations
