Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product vision and execution for a transformational AI agent currently in MVP state, the full-time Director of Product Management will own the product direction for autonomous agents designed for enterprise knowledge workers, working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision for autonomous agents, ensuring they are trusted to perform real work across various systems
• Prototype and experiment with modern agentic development tools, engaging directly with code and validating feasibility alongside engineering teams
• Establish metrics for adoption and measurable outcomes, partnering with go-to-market teams to ensure time-to-value and impact

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience, with recent hands-on experience shipping agentic products
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agent architectures, including planning, memory, and orchestration
• Proven track record of shipping 0-1 and scaling 1-N products in fast-moving environments
• Experience working across multiple teams, creating alignment without authority
• Background as a developer or significant technical depth in product management is a strong plus
