Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Strategically leading product vision and execution, the remote Director of Product Management will define the long-term product roadmap, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive impactful adtech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term product vision aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Oversee end-to-end product design and development from concept through launch and iteration
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team while instilling a culture of ownership and customer empathy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and scaling successful adtech products in a growth-stage environment
• Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
