Job Summary

Leading the product management organization, the full-time Director of Product Management will own the product roadmap, manage a team of product managers and designers, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver innovative healthcare solutions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product roadmap, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple cross-functional teams
• Oversee all product lines and serve as the primary product representative to senior leadership
• Drive AI adoption within the PM team and champion bottom-up product development initiatives

Required qualifications

• B2B platform experience, particularly with data pipelines and AI-powered tools
• Experience in e-commerce with a strong customer-service focus
• Background in fintech startups, emphasizing rigorous platform thinking
• Engineering-to-product career path, with the ability to engage with code
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product analysis
