Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and innovation, the full-time Director of Product Management will lead a multi-tiered organization focused on enhancing foundational lending products, including HELOCs and mortgage loans, while working remotely or in hybrid settings.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, scale, and mentor a high-performance product management organization
• Define and champion the long-term product vision and investment roadmap for the Lending Product organization
• Provide leadership for the modernization of core lending origination systems and API-first architecture

Required qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of the digital consumer lending lifecycle and modern loan origination technology
• Proven experience overseeing API-first platform transformations and cloud architecture transitions
• Exceptional track record of influencing C-suite executives on strategic decisions
• Experience successfully scaling consumer-facing lending platforms from inception
