Job Summary

Driving the vision and strategy for a high-impact product portfolio, the remote Sr. Director of Product Management will lead initiatives focused on technical skills and simulation-based training, ensuring alignment across product, technology, and market teams to deliver transformative learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion a differentiated product vision aligned with long-term business strategy and market opportunities
• Establish a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to shape product and business decisions
• Partner with executive leadership to define commercial strategies and drive product-led growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant leadership in product portfolios, preferably in simulations
• Proven track record of executing product strategies that drive business outcomes at scale
• Deep expertise in product discovery and customer insight, particularly in technical products
• Strong commercial acumen in a B2B enterprise context, including pricing strategy and contract structuring
• Experience leading products through the full lifecycle from concept to optimization
