Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and roadmap for products that enhance employer onboarding and client management, the full-time Director of Product Management will oversee enrollment operations, client implementation tools, and client success initiatives while managing a small product team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Client Experience and Member Enrollment
• Improve enrollment processes and develop tools to enhance client success and implementation workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and manage product discovery and performance measurement

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or related experience with complex platforms and enterprise workflows
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• Demonstrated ability to set product strategy and translate it into an executable roadmap
• Experience with enrollment processes, customer onboarding, and data validation
• Strong understanding of data integrations, APIs, and identity management workflows
