Job Summary

Leading the growth of an early-stage app, the remote full-time Director of Product Management will define the strategy and roadmap for Cal AI, aligning team efforts with company objectives and driving measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Cal AI, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Champion a culture of continuous discovery, utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods to guide product development
• Drive cross-functional alignment among product, engineering, design, and data science teams to unblock decisions and clarify objectives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product leadership with a proven track record of leading high-velocity teams
• Experience scaling an early-stage product and maximizing market penetration after achieving product-market fit
• Demonstrated ability to set and communicate strategy effectively, motivating teams in ambiguous situations
• Strong operational mindset with a bias towards action and decisiveness
• Experience in consumer-facing product development for native iOS and Android apps
