Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for Cal AI, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will drive growth for an early-stage app, ensuring alignment across teams and accountability for business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Cal AI, aligning squad-level work to company objectives and customer outcomes
• Champion a culture of continuous discovery using qualitative and quantitative methods to ensure effective product development
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market functions, unblocking decisions and creating clarity

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product leadership with a track record of leading high-velocity teams and achieving measurable impact
• Experience scaling an early-stage product and maximizing market penetration and revenue post product-market fit
• Proven ability to set and communicate strategy effectively, motivating teams and creating alignment
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed iteration at scale
• Strong background in leading consumer-facing product development for native iOS and Android apps
