Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing product management team, the remote Director of Product Management will drive the strategy, execution, and performance of multiple critical product areas within the Cribl Platform, focusing on identity and authorization, billing and commerce, customer lifecycle, and developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale the product management team across the platform organization, coaching and mentoring PMs
• Own the roadmap and execution for the Cribl Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and go-to-market teams for a seamless platform experience

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of scaling enterprise SaaS and B2B software products
• Experience leading multiple product areas within a platform, such as identity management or billing
• Deep technical acumen to effectively partner with engineering teams
• Strong go-to-market expertise to drive adoption and business growth
