Director of Product Management

Job Summary

To drive the strategic vision for eSource and EDC integration, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will lead product teams, manage the roadmap for sponsor EDC integration, and ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders while advocating for customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for EDC, eSource, and Integrations, translating vision into an executable roadmap
• Build and lead high-performing product teams, focusing on talent development and mentorship
• Represent product strategy to executive leadership and sponsors, presenting roadmaps and KPI results effectively

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software product management, including 3+ years in a director-level role with EDC or eSource products
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing product teams across multiple product lines
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-suite executives and enterprise customers
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies and technical knowledge of APIs and data integration patterns
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in business or product management
