Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the Provider Data Management (PDM) and Symphony product portfolios, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will shape product strategy, manage the strategic roadmap, and enhance cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy while ensuring alignment across teams to deliver and monetize products
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team, establishing processes and culture to drive business impact
• Collaborate with Engineering and Implementation teams to prioritize work, improve delivery, and enhance customer onboarding experiences

Required qualifications:

• 10 years of leadership experience in product management, preferably in healthcare technology or data platforms
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven experience managing data-centric products and understanding data governance and master data management
• Demonstrated ability to improve product execution and establish operational rigor across product organizations
• Strong knowledge of provider data management, including directories, credentialing, and network management solutions
