Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving the strategy for the Advocate Experience, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will establish long-term product direction, define customer outcomes, and manage the product lifecycle to enhance consumer interactions and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish long-term strategic direction for products based on consumer insights and business needs
• Define customer outcomes and manage the product backlog to optimize value and drive business results
• Leverage data and analytics to improve experiences and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management and technology platform product experience
• Experience with large matrixed organizations and their operational dynamics
• Proven track record of translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
• Demonstrated ability to connect digital experiences with key business results
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills aligned with an OKR-based approach
