Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the New Business Experience, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will manage the acquisition journey from marketing handoff through policy bind, overseeing product strategy, team development, and operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of product managers to deliver exceptional results across the enrollment funnel
• Own product strategy and vision, aligning business objectives with carrier priorities and customer experience
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading product managers
• Direct experience in customer acquisition and third-party distribution in insurtech or fintech
• Strong understanding of insurance distribution channels and integration surfaces
• Proven success in owning and scaling significant functional areas from strategy through execution
• Experience using AI tools to enhance product management processes and decision-making
