Job Summary
Leading product strategy and market positioning, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will oversee the Program Operations business within State Government Solutions, focusing on transforming a $95M portfolio to better serve state Medicaid and Health & Human Services agencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Program Operations product and market strategy aligned with growth and customer priorities
- Build a multi-year roadmap addressing state Medicaid demand and operational modernization opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into product strategy and measurable outcomes
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in state Medicaid, Health & Human Services, or related public-sector healthcare roles
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in product or program management within Medicaid or public-sector healthcare
- Experience with state Medicaid program administration and operational modernization
- Proven ability to engage with state Medicaid leaders and navigate public-sector healthcare procurements
- Strong understanding of Medicaid operations and government-compliant technology delivery
