Job Summary
Managing multiple product families, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will evaluate, plan, and execute new features while driving user adoption and conducting market analysis in the Revenue Integrity & Reimbursement sector.
Key responsibilities
- Consolidate input from various stakeholders to define market requirements for assigned products
- Translate market requirements into a prioritized product roadmap and collaborate on go-to-market activities
- Provide subject matter expertise on CMS regulations and manage a team interfacing with development teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with inpatient and outpatient coding and compliance related to CMS regulations
- Understanding of Agile and product management methodologies
- Experience in conducting market analysis and building business cases
- Ability to present effectively to Director and VP level colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
