Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will lead a team of Product Owners to establish structured product management practices, define product strategy, and guide the transition from a legacy desktop application to a modern web-based platform.
Key responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, translating it into a long-term roadmap
- Establish stronger product management practices and agile methodologies to enhance prioritization and decision-making
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights and ensure their needs inform product strategy and planning
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading a product team and developing Product Owners or Product Managers
- Strong understanding of product management disciplines, including agile principles and backlog management
- Ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into actionable product strategies
- Experience building cross-functional relationships with Development, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Curiosity about AI and its application in product development and delivery
