Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the design and commercialization of analytical and automation products, the remote Director of Product Management will manage a segment of the payer product portfolio, focusing on improving health plan performance and driving customer engagement through effective product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payer analytics and workflow solutions
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch and optimization
• Establish ongoing voice-of-customer practices and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or payer analytics
• 3+ years of experience managing product managers or leading complex product workstreams
• Strong domain expertise in commercial or employer-sponsored health plans, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid managed care
• Demonstrated experience in developing and launching payer-facing products
• Working knowledge of healthcare data and analytics, including claims and clinical data
