Director of Product Management
Job Summary
To support a growing technology initiative, the fully remote Director of Product Management will own the vision and strategy for IMS's proprietary technology suite, focusing on product development, AI integration, and M&A considerations while establishing best practices for product management.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for IMS's proprietary tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Partner with engineering and data teams to develop AI-powered capabilities and ensure data readiness for scalable product development
- Lead product integration planning during acquisitions, providing strategic recommendations for product roadmap priorities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a senior product leadership role
- Experience leading product for B2B SaaS platforms or talent marketplaces in regulated industries
- Familiarity with AI/ML product development and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven experience in integrating products following M&A and establishing product management processes in growing organizations
