Job Summary
Leading product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define and manage the product vision and roadmap for Embedded Finance products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product priorities with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of Embedded Finance products
- Lead cross-functional agile teams to ensure effective prioritization and management of product development
- Translate market trends and customer insights into actionable product plans and business cases
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related fields in fintech or financial services
- 4+ years of experience leading product managers or large-scale product initiatives
- Proven track record in defining and executing product strategies for complex digital or financial products
- Strong understanding of payments ecosystems and financial technology platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Finance, or a related field
