Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of a resident-first fintech platform, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will own the vision and strategy for the product portfolio, manage a team of product managers, and drive product performance and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance for the product portfolio, overseeing multiple product lines from concept to launch
• Manage and develop a team of product managers, including hiring, performance management, and career development
• Define and track portfolio-level key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accountability for product delivery and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or related technology businesses
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience with a record of leading high-performing product teams
• Proven track record of managing products end-to-end across multiple product lines
• Strong familiarity with payment flows and payment economics; experience in property management or proptech is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred
