Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Driving the strategy and execution for an AI-native reporting platform, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will own the roadmap, enhance ERP integration, and lead commercial readiness for Reporting Intelligence, ensuring alignment with enterprise finance needs.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Reporting Intelligence roadmap, prioritizing AI investments that deliver value to finance teams
- Serve as the senior authority on ERP data structures and connectivity, managing the sequencing of ERP connector investments
- Lead SKU, packaging, and pricing readiness, partnering with Marketing and Sales to effectively position the product for enterprise buyers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, with 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with data models of major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS/JDE)
- Proven track record of shipping AI-native product capabilities and monetizing AI features
- Experience in selling to or building for enterprise and upper-mid-market accounts
- Demonstrated ability to build commercial discipline within a product organization
