Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the vision and execution for the Compliance and Fraud platform, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will lead product strategy for AML screening, fraud monitoring, and KYC systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for compliance and fraud management systems, aligning with business growth and regulatory obligations
• Partner with the Chief Compliance Officer to translate regulatory knowledge into a prioritized product roadmap and execute the compliance platform strategy
• Build executive-level business cases for platform investments and manage decision-making to support compliance goals

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience; Bachelor's degree + 8 years; Master's degree + 6 years; or Doctorate + 4 years of related experience
• Deep expertise in AML screening, transaction monitoring, and KYC onboarding platforms at scale
• Proven track record in architecting automated risk and compliance decisioning engines
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with experience in regulated financial systems
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams and coordinating cross-team roadmaps in a matrixed organization
