Director of Product Management
Job Summary
To drive strategic product execution and cross-functional alignment, the full-time salaried Director of Product Program Management will serve as the operational partner to the SVP Product, managing dependencies across product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery metrics and manage cross-functional dependencies to optimize product delivery across multiple teams
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major product releases, tracking success metrics and driving post-launch optimization
- Collaborate with leadership to develop customer adoption strategies and provide comprehensive reporting on product health and revenue impact
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in program management within a SaaS software company
- Proven success in coordinating delivery across multiple teams including product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success
- Experience leading go-to-market initiatives with demonstrated revenue impact
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead distributed teams across time zones
- Understanding of agentic organizational workflows and client product vision
