Director of Product Management

Job Summary

To define and execute the product vision for an AI cloud platform, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, focusing on core offerings and leading a high-performing product and design organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision and strategy, positioning the platform as the premier choice for AI builders
• Act as the voice of the user by engaging with ML engineers and customers to gather insights and validate feature concepts
• Build and scale the product organization by hiring and mentoring a team of product managers and designers

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in a hyper-growth environment
• Deep experience in building SaaS, PaaS, or developer-facing products, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and AI/ML workflows
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering and infrastructure leaders on backend architectures and API design
• Proven ability to deliver successful products from complex problems with measurable business outcomes
• Experience fostering culture and alignment across distributed teams in a remote-first environment
