Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of product strategy, the remote Director of Product Management will guide product development for Censys' attack surface management and supply chain intelligence solutions, overseeing a team of product managers while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative cybersecurity products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers focused on attack surface management and supply chain risk management
• Define and drive the unified product vision and roadmap, integrating core capabilities into cohesive customer workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and enhance customer experience through actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing other PMs
• Proven success in building and scaling enterprise SaaS or data platforms, preferably in cybersecurity or risk intelligence
• Deep understanding of Attack Surface Management (ASM) and related areas such as threat intelligence or cloud security
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to discuss APIs and data pipelines with engineering teams and technical buyers
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategy through data-driven insights and effective market storytelling
