Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of endpoint detection and response products, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive platform initiatives and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the Network & Cloud security strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across product lines
• Build and scale a high-performing product team, overseeing P&L, platform requirements, and adjacent product lines
• Guide major platform initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with engineering and market needs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in building and scaling network and/or cloud security platforms
• Strong technical and business fluency with experience in architecture and platform trade-offs
• Demonstrated success in managing a P&L and securing executive investment for platform initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
