Director of Product Management
Job Summary
To support the operational vision of the Litmos platform, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will manage cross-functional delivery, oversee go-to-market initiatives, and ensure customer success while collaborating with various teams across the US, UK, Australia, and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery metrics and manage cross-functional dependencies between Product, Engineering, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Jointly lead the end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for major product releases, tracking success metrics and driving post-launch optimization
- Collaborate with leadership to develop customer adoption strategies and track customer metrics to address adoption blockers
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program management within a SaaS software company
- Proven success in coordinating delivery across multiple teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success)
- Experience leading go-to-market initiatives and product launches with demonstrated revenue impact
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy, sales cycles, and revenue operations
- Ability to lead remote teams across time zones with effective asynchronous management
