Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the Award Management suite, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will own the product vision and multi-year roadmap, build and manage a team of product managers, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive the success of research funding management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Award Management suite, ensuring alignment with company strategy
• Build and lead a team of product managers, setting goals and coaching performance
• Define and execute a multi-platform strategy across the Award Management portfolio, balancing customer needs and business objectives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B product management experience, including team leadership
• Proven experience in defining and executing product strategy for a multi-platform portfolio in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with platform migrations and product consolidations
• Strong track record of prioritizing roadmaps based on customer needs and business impact
• Familiarity with the sponsored project lifecycle and research administration
