Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for new product initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will lead the development of products extending beyond AP automation, managing a team of product managers and designers to ensure high-quality design and successful market launches.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new-initiatives portfolio, including procurement and contract management
• Lead customer discovery and market validation to identify problems worth solving and build business cases for investment
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of craft and accountability

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years managing product managers or designers
• Deep experience with B2B SaaS platforms and fluency in workflow, data, or automation products
• Domain experience in procurement, budgeting, spend management, or contract lifecycle management
• Proven track record of taking new products from concept to launch
• Demonstrated leadership in design and UX, with strong instincts for product craft
