Director of Product Management

Job Summary

To drive the product strategy and execution for a Next-Generation SIEM solution, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management, Threat Detection will translate customer needs into a clear roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Rapid7's SIEM and Threat Detection components, breaking ambitious goals into measurable milestones
• Inspire and align global teams around key strategic initiatives to enhance the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) customer experience
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality capabilities on time, ensuring accountability for commitments that drive customer value

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive product management leadership experience in SIEM, Log Management, or SOC platform solutions within B2B SaaS or cloud environments
• Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations and advanced threat detection methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence high-performing cross-functional teams in fast-paced security environments
• Superior communication skills to articulate product objectives and strategic rationale to stakeholders at all levels
• A data-driven approach to evaluating product performance and prioritizing investments based on customer impact
