Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for the Threat Response portfolio, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will oversee Rapid7's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Endpoint agent solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences in a dynamic cybersecurity landscape.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Threat Response portfolio, focusing on service quality and analyst efficiency
• Inspire and align global teams across SOC Operations, Detection Science, and Engineering to enhance the managed services customer experience
• Transform market trends and customer feedback into actionable improvements, leveraging AI and automation in service delivery

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management leadership experience in managed security services, MDR, or SOC operations
• Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, threat detection methodologies, and incident response workflows
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments
• Superior communication skills for articulating product objectives and strategic rationale to diverse stakeholders
• A disciplined, data-driven approach to evaluating product performance and prioritizing investments
