Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product, Owner & Contractor in Nashville, TN (Hybrid) or Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy for Construction Owners and Contractors, translating it into roadmaps for growth in ARR
- Establish and maintain high-performance product team culture focused on outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and customer success
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management leadership
- Proven expertise in building and scaling SaaS products, particularly in embedded fintech
- Experience in leading zero-to-one product development and scaling in a multi-customer environment
- Strong technical acumen and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and enterprise software product management
