Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to own the global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for their conversational AI platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and sharpen the positioning and messaging for the platform across channels
- Serve as the internal expert on the market, competitors, and buyer personas while leading the sales enablement strategy
- Orchestrate new feature launches and oversee daily product marketing operations
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Previous experience in the AI, Conversational AI, or Customer Experience (CX) technology landscape is preferred
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, human-centric value propositions
- Strong ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
