Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote, full-time capacity, the Director of Product Marketing will shape market narratives, drive product adoption, and transform the product marketing discipline through innovative strategies and AI-driven execution.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve market positioning and narratives that articulate the unique value of Active Intelligence
- Lead go-to-market strategies focused on customer adoption and ongoing engagement, utilizing experimentation-driven programs
- Build and empower a high-performing PMM team while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Product Strategy within B2B SaaS or AI-driven technology
- 3+ years of leadership experience in building or transforming product marketing functions
- A product-strategy mindset with a proven track record of driving adoption and retention outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Experience with AI-native products or marketing automation is highly valued
