Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a fully remote opportunity as Director of Product Marketing, responsible for connecting the product to patients through research-backed insights, crafting compelling messaging, and enhancing patient experiences to drive engagement and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of patient needs and behaviors across Medicaid and Medicare
- Own the patient-facing positioning and messaging architecture, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and service lines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize patient engagement
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle, or growth marketing with a focus on positioning and messaging

- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, with experience in audience segmentation and message testing
- Excellent writing and storytelling capabilities, making complex concepts accessible to diverse audiences
