Owning the strategic positioning for a diverse portfolio of educational programs, the full-time remote Director of Product Marketing will lead voice-of-customer initiatives, oversee marketing communications, and drive effective messaging frameworks to enhance program visibility and enrollment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain clear positioning for active and pipeline programs, ensuring alignment with target audience and core messaging
  • Design and manage a voice-of-customer program, synthesizing insights to inform positioning and messaging strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and maintain alignment on positioning health
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing communications, particularly in a B2C context
  • Strong copy editing skills with the ability to evaluate and enhance marketing content
  • Experience in data analysis, integrating performance signals into positioning strategies
  • Proven ability to work in a startup or growth-stage environment with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and output
