Job Summary
Owning the strategic positioning for a diverse portfolio of educational programs, the full-time remote Director of Product Marketing will lead voice-of-customer initiatives, oversee marketing communications, and drive effective messaging frameworks to enhance program visibility and enrollment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear positioning for active and pipeline programs, ensuring alignment with target audience and core messaging
- Design and manage a voice-of-customer program, synthesizing insights to inform positioning and messaging strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and maintain alignment on positioning health
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing communications, particularly in a B2C context
- Strong copy editing skills with the ability to evaluate and enhance marketing content
- Experience in data analysis, integrating performance signals into positioning strategies
- Proven ability to work in a startup or growth-stage environment with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and output
