Job Summary

To support a growing health technology platform, the full-time Director of Product Marketing & Commercialization will own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for AI and other product modules, working remotely as a hands-on individual contributor.

Key responsibilities
  • Own product positioning and messaging across the platform and AI offerings
  • Lead go-to-market and commercialization planning, translating product capabilities into buyer-relevant narratives
  • Build sales enablement materials and competitive positioning assets to support sales efforts and customer expansion
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in product marketing or commercialization for complex software
  • Experience in B2B healthcare technology, including familiarity with clinical workflows and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality marketing materials, including sales decks and competitive briefs
  • Proven experience commercializing AI-enabled products or similar enterprise healthcare solutions
  • Strong writing and executive communication skills, with comfort in a high-accountability environment
