Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on and creative Director of Product Marketing, this full-time role will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Synack's cybersecurity solutions, driving demand and product adoption in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional conversations to define product positioning and messaging that differentiates Synack in the cybersecurity market
- Own the pricing, packaging, and launch strategy for the product portfolio to enhance market adoption
- Set campaign strategies and collaborate with demand generation to build the Synack brand and generate pipeline
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity or security software
- Proven track record of developing effective positioning and content for technical and executive audiences
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear customer benefits
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills to drive alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
