Job Summary
Leading the go-to-market strategy for Managed and Self-Directed investing, the full-time remote Director of Product Marketing will shape a world-class product marketing team through customer insights, product narratives, and operational leadership while collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team in executing strategies to bring new products to market, from audience identification to scaling distribution
- Collaborate with Product, consumer research, engineering, and design teams to develop a customer-focused product roadmap
- Craft insightful briefs for creative teams and present business performance findings to executive leadership
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in consumer product marketing or growth marketing, preferably in technology or startups
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with a strategic mindset that balances creativity and effectiveness
- Experience in structuring ambiguous situations and developing actionable plans based on insights
- Data-driven approach with experience in analysis, testing, and measurement methodologies
- Proven experience managing and developing a team of marketers; personal finance knowledge is a plus
