A company is looking for a Director of Product for the Medicare Rewards Program, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of member rewards programs, including strategy development and program launches
• Manage a team of product managers, setting priorities and ensuring high standards of execution
• Oversee financial stewardship and analyze success metrics for program optimization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product strategy or program management in B2C environments
• 5+ years of experience developing executive-facing communications
• 2+ years of experience managing a program budget or vendor management with annual spend of $1M+
• Experience operating in a regulated environment and managing risk or governance processes
• Experience leading a broader team and working in a cross-functional environment
