Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Product Migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for migrating customers from legacy platforms to modern cloud solutions
• Design and optimize the customer migration journey to ensure a seamless experience
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align teams around migration goals and execution plans

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in SaaS, platform, or enterprise software environments
• Proven experience leading large-scale customer migrations
• Strong product mindset with the ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive industries, preferably healthcare
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
